Aimée Matrie Thadée Salas was born September 1st,1968 on the Dutch Caribbean Island of Curaçao. Diagnosed with the Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome - a very rare cancer type - that brought her to the brink of death, she struggled for her life until when, with her last drop of strength, surrendered to the caring love of Jesus.
